|Laugh Yourself Silly, Rudow Style Boating and Fishing Humor|
|Friday, 14 October 2011 10:38|
If you’ve been reading my articles, blogs, and boat reviews over the years, hopefully you’ve picked up on the Rudow style of boating and fishing humor. And hopefully, you’ve found it entertaining. So even though the relationship to boating and fishing is thin, I wanted to let y’all know about the publication of my latest book: Real Men Don’t Do Desitin.
This is my first attempt at publishing an E-book, as opposed to going the old (dusty and outdated) paper route. It’s available at Smashwords, in Kindle, Epub, PDF, and a bunch of other formats - whatever E-reader you use, it should work.
Boats and fishing come up in it, of course, but the main topic matter is parenting and marital relations, for men. Many of you nautical types may not know it, but I actually have doctoral degrees in parenting, early childhood education, and prenatal psychology, which I created in Photoshop and printed out just yesterday. So you can believe that what I have to say on these topics is interesting. Plus, with a “cover” price of merely $2.99, the book is super-cheap. If you’d spend three bucks on a latte, then surely, several hours of entertainment is worth that much. So check out the free sample - you can read 20-percent of the book for free – and find out about cool stuff like this:
* What are the best baby care task-avoidance techniques? (In other words, how to make sure your wife does all the diaper changing).
* Family financial matters: how to declare bankruptcy without giving up your boat.
* Pregnancy-related medical stuff that might freak you out.
* Why you should never, ever, talk to a woman who is breast feeding.
* How to clean regurgitated baby food off of your Armani.
*And much, much more.
WARNING: This book is intended for men, only. If you are a woman (especially a woman of child-bearing age), please pretend you never even saw this. Please! We don’t read your girls-only books like Our Bodies, Ourselves or The Color Purple, do we??? Men: get to the free samples by clicking here!
